


You only pay one delivery charge per order, no matter how many products you buy. Our delivery charge depends on the type, size and quantity of product(s) ordered. The contents of your order will determine which delivery service/s are available to you and at what charge. We take every effort of keep our delivery charges as low as possible.
Delivery times are calculated in working days i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). For orders placed before 1pm delivery is normally next working day, though this cannot be guaranteed and to be safe 5 working days should be allowed.
Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 5.30pm and if you are out the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.
The place of the delivery is stated on the order confirmation. All deliveries must be signed for. The customer should inspect the package and endorse the delivery documentation from the carrier accordingly, noting any signs of damage. Queries regarding shortages of goods, or damage must be made to Solartrack in writing within 7 days from date of delivery.
Deliveries outside the UK, to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes) or to shipping companies require separate processing. If you require an export order, or delivery to a PO Box etc.
