All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges. Solartrack will do its best to ensure that prices on the website are accurate. If we discover any error in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and offer you the following courses of action: an alternative product, a back order that will be dispatched immediately the goods are available, cancellation of your order.
Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.
Cancellation
You may cancel your purchase (or any part of it) within 7 working days of receipt of the goods provided the goods are in original “as new” condition. You must communicate such cancellation to us in writing within that 7 day period. The goods need to be returned to Solartrack Plc at the buyer’s own cost and risk, adequately packed with your contact details. You will receive a refund for the full price of the item returned. Goods not in their original packaging and condition could be excluded. The price of the postage will not be refunded.
Our delivery charge depends on the type and size of product ordered. We take every effort of keep our delivery charges as low as possible.
Delivery times are calculated in working days i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). For orders placed before 1pm delivery is normally next working day though this cannot be guaranteed and to be safe 5 working days should be allowed. Deliveries are usually made between 7am and 5.30pm and if you are out the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.
The place of the delivery is stated on the order confirmation. All deliveries must be signed for. The customer should inspect the package and endorse the delivery documentation from the carrier accordingly, noting any signs of damage. Queries regarding shortages of goods, or damage must be made to Solartrack in writing within 7 days from date of delivery.
If there is a fault or defect in your product within 12 months of delivery, upon proof of purchase Solartrack will repair or replace the product without charge for either parts or labour. The purchaser shall bear all posting and insurance costs to Solartrack and Solartrack shall bear all the return posting and insurance costs. Solartrack does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the malfunction of any product.
